Changes:

Wheels: Added some additional configs for the Goodyear branded wheels. Now the 20.8r42s are available in standard width single rear, and dual rear, wide single and dual rear, rather than just wide dual rear. 

Frontloader (Non-supersteer only): Quicke console option added, as well as NH Skinned Q7M

Fenders (FWA): Fenders are now selectable for both super-steer and non-super-steer

Brands: Updated cab roof and turn signals for North American Brands. I left the Ford logos, come and fight me if you want!

Lighting: Grille lights are now selectable

Exhaust: Added 5in turn out stack as an option, with straight forward, 45 degree, or 90 degree turn out choices. Exhaust is also now color selectable for both the stock and new.  

Front weights: Adjusted weights to look more NA, added rock box option (built from scratch by me, feel free to use it on anything you want)
